Store FAQ

 

When will my order arrive?

Thank you for ordering from us. Items usually ship within a week, and delivery times will vary depending on your location. You’ll get an email from us when your order is dispatched, with tracking information (if applicable).

EXPECTED DELIVERY AFTER DISPATCH FOR:

UK - 1-3 days

Europe - 4-9 days

North America & USA - 1-2 weeks

Far East/Oceania - 1-3 weeks

South America/Asia/Everywhere else
- 3-4 weeks

ORDERS PLACED IN EUROPE:

Some mail services across Europe are not notifying customers of the arrival of their orders. PLEASE keep a very close eye on your tracking information to see when your order has arrived and contact the postal service to retrieve your item when it arrives if necessary.

Unfortunately, due to this ongoing issue across multiple countries, we cannot take responsibility for items returned to us for this reason and re-shipping them out to you will incurr an additional postage fee to do so.

I entered some information incorrectly on my order
(wrong item/address error etc.)

We can only make changes to your order if you CONTACT US before you receive your shipping confirmation email! If we do not hear from you until after your order has shipped, there will be nothing we can do from that point. Please always double check your order confirmation email to ensure all your details are correct! This email offers you a chance to check over all of your order information and as such, we accept no responsibility for orders lost/incorrect due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Do you restock “Sold Out” items?

In most cases, no. If there’s an item you’re particularly interested in, let us know and we can give you more information on if we have any left.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Under most circumstances, no. We do not offer refunds unless an item is demonstrably defective. Refunds must be sent back within 7 days of purchase and will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase once the item has been received unworn/unused.

Will there be any unseen shipping charges?

We are based in the UK but we ship internationally, so you can place an order with us to wherever you’re based. If you do place an order from outside of the UK, please bear in mind that you may have to pay customs/taxes/VAT to receive your order. These charges are completely out of our control and are imposed by each country as they see fit.

Our Shipping Rates

Royal Mail shipping rates are calculated based on value and weight of an item (A tee will cost more to ship than a keychain or print). A small fee for the processing and packaging is added on to the amount that Royal Mail charge. We use high-quality, recyclable packing materials to protect your items.

My item is lost/damaged

Contact us here with your order number in the subject box to let us know about any damage ASAP and we will sort this out for you. If possible, include pictures. Keep all original packing materials as they may be needed also.

Is my personal info safe?

Information you provide to the store through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues. Subscribers to the store mailing list will only receive store or Gavin Dias related announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time. We’ll never sell or give out your information to a third party.
